Horrible experience and competent and unprofessional company. Our van broke down at 10:30. We had to hitchhike to our destination. The replacement van did not get there until 3:15 PM. We cannot believe they did not have a backup plan they had to call or other companies. Do not use this company!!! well apparently they did refund our money, it was a rip off in the first place because we assumed that they would provide free wine tasting as part of the package like other companies do. Total rip off and incompetent. I used to be a Tour Guide for several companies. We always had a backup van in case of breakdown.
