This was a nice big open square. It was raining when we were there but I bet it’s pretty nice to hang out there when it’s not pouring.

Broadway Square is a ton of fun for all ages when there are events happening, most of which are free! It's also a perfect place to hang out when there isn't an event happening. Summer has water spouts for kids to dance in, seating, public restrooms, an awesome stage, music... Winter is skating, a giant holiday tree with dancing lights, fire pits... Just across the street are tons of restaurants and shopping, including ice cream, coffee/hot cocoa, waffles, and so much more. Every visit to Fargo deserves a stop at Broadway Square in the heart of downtown. Plan to leave the car in a public parking garage, stay and walk awhile. You'll want time to explore the neighborhood.

How lucky that we spent a Thursday afternoon and evening in Fargo this summer! They have live music and lawn games at the square. It's a beautiful corner property in the middle of town and hundreds of people gathered to listen to the band, play with their kids and dogs, just a great vibe.

It is hard not to appreciate a square in the center of Fargo with plenty of seating. Additionally, there is a presentation stage.

Fun stop in downtown Fargo to bring your kids or sit and eat. The area has seating and public restrooms and is located in heart of downtown right on Broadway. There is a splash fountains in the summer for kids and in the winter a skating rink with skate rentals.
