Reviews
tripadvisorAttentive and friendly staff, clean rooms. We ended up needing to stay an extra night cause I got sick. They were so understanding and helpful!
MoreWe are not staying until the week of 3/16, however, I wanted to give recognition to Charmaine at the Flatirons location in Broomfield CO. After looking at multiple extended stays, we were not comfortable staying at, we stopped in to check out the property. Charmaine took the time to explain all our options and show us various rooms. She made us feel very welcome and like our business was important. Charmaine took the extra steps to help us and put us at ease. Wonderful experience so far and looking forward to our stay! THANK YOU CHARMAINE!!
MoreCharmaine at the front desk checked me in. Very nice person. I stay 250 -260 atleast in hotels every year. Would definitely stay here again.
MoreThe manager, Jacob, went above and beyond for my husband and I during our stay. I had a medical procedure done , and needed a wheelchair. Jacob hunted one down for me. THEN, because I was feeling too poorly to go out, he helped us order dinner at the restaurant and delivered it to our room. All with a gracious smile and attitude. Also, a clean, attractive hotel and room, a plus.
MoreStayed here a couple times before and it was a very good experience. Unfortunately, this time it was a little irritating. It started when my room request made at 1pm for a 3pm room arrival was not ready until 4pm. I website-chatted with the Front Desk on why the delay and she said they can’t release the room until the room was signed off (with a little smiley face). That’s NOT what I wanted to hear. I wanted to hear WHEN the room was going to be ready. Later that evening I was met with a shower so weak on water pressure, that it took much more time to get clean. Still later that evening, I woke up to “thumping” music (and again this happened in the early morning hours). I’m not saying this is an especially noisy hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper or like a very quiet morning. Finally, the $16 breakfast in the morning was a little meager considering the cost. I could go on with lesser irritants, but to conclude, OTHER than the above, the room was excellent overall. That said, I probably will not stay here again when most other Hiltons rate higher than this one. (An “average” 3-star rating should be considered BELOW-average for a Hilton. MOST are 4-star, i.e., above-average. I know; I’m a Hilton Diamond member.)
