This was a trip to do hiking and see some waterfalls. The hotel rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a lot to be desired but everything else was good. There is a Bob Evans right down the road that had a wonderful breakfast! I would stay here again.

The staff was not very friendly. The property is not very ell kept up. The elevators are permanently broken. The exits are locked . The courtyard where one could smoke or vape was off limits. The manager was very rude to my daughter because she puffed on her vape once and they kept my deposit. The indian owner was of no help either. They doubled their regular rate for HOF weekend. Bad hospitality

basic room, clean. Front desk was friendly. loved the dorm refrigerator with a separate freezer, great for ice packs. Beds were comfortable, no cigarette or marijuana smell, dog friendly. Breakfast was good, all I needed. Metal bed frame, so it's noisy when you kick it, and the walls are kind of thin. I was able to hear the TV in the room next door and if they talked at the connecting door it sounded like they were right there. It wasn't horrible but if you have a dog with you that barks at strangers voices.. sometimes people don't realize how loud they really are. Pulling in the neighborhood looked a little run down, but it was fine . Good value, would stay again.

Once a Holiday Inn, this hotel seems to have continued doing well. We needed one night close to a family event so opted for this as a bargain (everything else in the chains nearby was just too much money for a bed and a shower). Clerk at check in was delightful, helpful, friendly, welcoming. Hallways well-lighted and carpeting looked well-maintained. Our room had tile floor (thank goodness for this trend!) and was clean overall. (Reported a need for some behind-the-bed cleaning when we checked out), Nice bathroom with the wall-dispensed toiletries (another welcome change in hotels). Note: there is NO in-room coffee, telephone or hair dryer but iron and board are provided. None of this was a deal-breaker for us. Coffee/tea/hot water always available in the lobby. Our clerk provided us with ice from the kitchen, and vending machines for drinks and snacks are in the lobby. Breakfast was a little different: four hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage, hash brown, biscuits and gravy) were just okay and in hot trays without a place to rest the serving utensils. Eggs dry and potatoes undercooked but not inedible. No waffles or ANYTHING to toast which I thought was strange. Condiments included maple syrup, though. Brand-name muffins (chocolate, blueberry, banana), bottles of juice drink, cold cereals, apples. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone needing just the basics. Close to basic shopping and to the interstates.

We were very happy with the location right of the interstate, but very quiet and safe area. Rose was at the desk when we checked in and was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had room 220 which faced the back of the motel, which had the parking blocked off, but we parked out front where there were cameras on the parking lot. The room was very clean and so quiet. One of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a motel. The mattress & pillows were great. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising There were several kinds of cereal, bananas, yogurt, packaged hostess donuts, real coffee, milk & juice. They also had my favorite Jimmy Dean sausage, egg & cheese croissant sandwiches. This motel was great and the price was excellent. We highly recommend it.
