I bought a Groupon for Bodyvibez and had a really difficult time getting ahold of anyone. I finally got a text saying that they would be closed for 2 to 3 weeks because they had a COVID-19 outbreak. It has been 3 weeks and now I can't get ahold of anyone again. I have called this number and it rings until I get a voice-mail saying that it is full. I have texted numerous times a different number that they gave to me and have never gotten a response. It has been a disaster dealing with Bodyvibez. I even sent them a message on Facebook that got no response. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had trying to get a gel manicure and pedicure!!!
