Grand Opening - Saturday, November 20, 2021 The concept for Matchhead Coffee was born out of a desire for a place that sparks something on the inside of each person that walks through our doors. Whether it sparks a new friendship, business opportunity, or a new creative idea, the hope is that our shop is a space that facilitates creativity and community. Matchhead features a large, open seating area designed to provide space for collaboration and an unhurried environment. In an effort to see Kalamazoo continue to grow and flourish, Matchhead will be donating all profits back to the community-focused organizations. Donations will help fund organizations that support educations, the arts, health and wellness, and local parks and recreation. We proudly feature Onyx Coffee and offer batch brew coffee, iced coffee, a traditional espresso menu (including lattes, cappuccinos, etc.), tea, and seasonal specialties. All syrups are made in-house, and pastries are sourced from Kalamazoo-based vendors. We believe that excellent food and drink can change the world, and that's why we're so passionate about coffee. Each coffee we serve is intentionally crafted to serve our community.
