We didn't realise this was a glorified AirbnbNo parking card was left for us to use the car park. One was handed in for us on the last day!!The pillows were filthy as were the bath and shower curtain. New pillows were left for us on the last day. 2 wafer thin pillows to replace 6 thicker pillows.The washing machine didn't work and trapped our clothes inside.The management accused us of staying past the 11amcheck out time.There were potato chips / crisps in the rug and down the side of the couch.The customer service was dreadful.There's nothing luxury about it.Dogs barking in the corridor. The upstairs neighbour stamping about.

Was forced to find another hotel last minute and finally found out company who rents out suites is scamming others.

This was a terrible experience we booked one location and upon arrival we were put in a different builidng which did not have the amenities that we originally booked (pool,gym, etc)We waited over a half hour to have someone check us in since even after we called the contact number its like a condo builiding and there is only someone there during certain hours.Was terrible not many towels, not much toilet paper either. We had to go to a different building by the exterior only to access the pool and we had several small children with us which was not ideal in cold weather. My internet went down and my room did not lock from the inside. WAs terrible and way way overpriced for what we paid. The actual builidng we had was disappointing did not have the amenities advertised when we booked. Each time there was an issue we were told by concierge to contact customer service direct;ly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for any travel at all it was terrible and we spent so much time being upset. Also you have to take out your own garbage before you leave. Do not book this place!!
