tripadvisorNo one at the front desk to check in for a reservation. Had to have another guest call the manager on her personal number to get checked in. And the room smells completely of dogs. Granted, it was a late check in by about 40 minutes, but we called earlier and we’re assured that someone would be here to get us in no problem. We had to wait a total of 50 minutes from the time of arrival to the time the manager was called
MoreWish I would have looked at the reviews before I took my wife and baby here. This place is worse than prison! Run Away! I literally don't even know where to start. I have 2 official complaints with corporate now.Let's start with the drug dealers going into rooms with the housekeeping girls. This is horrible for your guests to see. These thugs hang out at all the exits too, hitting on your wife while she goes out to the car. The hardwood floors are not even swept. Had to wash our feet after walking around after a shower. Just one bar of soap, no shampoo or conditioner whatsoever. They have a dog above us on the 3rd floor that has chew toys and bouncing balls that they play with at 7 am sharp. That's sweet to wake up toAfter my wife complaining about it the first time they didnt have the intelligence to move them to a first floor or do anything about it. The second time I went down to the front desk @7:30 nobody there. Went down around 8am to get a pen (because they don't even have pens in the rooms) and a very rude dark haired lady named Amy gave me new keys for a different room, deactivated my room keys, and told me you Are Done!!! Because I asked another question. Now I can't get into my existing room and was just yelled at by the very nice lady that obviously should be working with the public, lolI stay in hotel rooms all across the nation all year longThis place is a dump. Also, they have kitchenettes, but nothing to go with them. So if you are traveling plan on buying a set from them for $50 to use anything. If you get a double bed, make sure to get more towels and hand towels because they give you enough for one person, then when you ask they have a bunch of questions and make a huge deal about it. Each room stinks due to no cleaning or taking out garbageYou might as well rent a storage unit and stay in that if you are looking to save money, and you might as well give your wife to a gang or cortel tooHave A Good StayOh yeah, they charge your card for incidentals. For what!?
MoreThere are NO amenities. There is a kitchenette in the room (sink, 2 burner stove, microwave and full size refrigerator). No pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, kitchen towels, dish soap, coffee maker etc. Normal things one expects at an extended stay facility. You can buy pans and dishes at the front desk....REALLY?? You are required to take your own trash to the dumpster. Your room is only cleaned every 14 days unless you pay an extra $15 per cleaning. This 14 day cleaning also includes bed linen changing. Yuck! There are no cleaning supplies in the gym to wipe down equipment. The room lighting is horrible. There are small bedside lamps or glaring ceiling can lights. Clean towels are only provided if you go to the front desk and get them. No curtains on the window so the morning sun is awful. There are many guests at the hotel who appear to be there on government issued vouchers. Many of these guests are not very clean. Two of them were sitting outside of the hotel doors drinking (multiple bottles of beer and 5ths of liquor surrounding them) and smoking a bong. Didn't seem to bother the staff a bit. Trash cans outside were overflowing. With the exception of Ashley (front desk) the employees were less than helpful or courteous, somewhat like zombies. I would not stay at this facility again nor recommend it to anyone.
