My friend is traveling cross country so I've been booking his hotels for him from my home since he's driving. This has worked great all across the country...except here. When I called the front desk, unlike every other hotel, the person claimed they can't take a payment over the phone so I had to make it online. Weird, but okay. So I go online, fill in the guest information, fill in my credit card information and billing name & address, and I get a confirmation number. Only my friend arrives at the hotel and the front desk, very rudely I might add, claims it's not paid for. I try calling the front desk again 4-5x but suddenly the call fails. Now I'm waiting on the main RSVP line...20 minutes and counting. Because they need a credit authorization form. What is this 1980? Horrible RSVP experience.

I stay here all the time for work and I am a single female. It is close to the Dayton Airport. There is necessity shopping and restaurants all within in walking distance. The property itself is always VERY clean and safe. Staff on duty 24/7 and no access to anywhere outside of the lobby unless you have a roomkey. It is a minimal extended stay, has a full kitchen and free wifi. They supply the basics but you can check out ironing boards, hair dryers, etc at the front desk. Tony, Parys and Susan have always taken amazing care of me while I am here. If you’re looking for a basic, clean, safe and super affordable hotel in the North Dayton area— this is it!

My wife and I along with our 2 dogs were traveling from CO to NY for the holidays, all we hoped for was a few hours of decent sleep before finishing our trip the next day. We could not have had a worse experience. We arrived to check in around 12:30am after 17 hours of driving. We were awakened by the guest in the room next to us at 3am screaming expletives and basically going completely crazy. She had to have woke up half the hotel. This went on for about 20-30 minutes and eventually the police were called to escort this guest off the premises. After that was finally over - we realized it was freezing in our room - the HVAC unit was set to full blast AC and seemed broken - all the buttons were bashed in and non-responsive. Mind you, it's late December and 15 degrees outside. The room was freezing. Needless to say, we did not sleep well at all. The disgruntled guest who was escorted out overnight actually returned the next morning and had to be taken away yet again by police, only this time in handcuffs. We couldn't get away from this place fast enough. All we received from hotel management was an apology with zero offer of compensation at all for this horrific experience. When attempting to follow up with them we have basically been ghosted. We left exhausted and shocked at how terrible this experience was. It's almost laughable how bad the customer service response was afterwards. Wouldn't recommend this place for my mortal enemy.

Room was spartan, but very clean. Nice and quite. I would stay here again. Price was very reasonable. Close to restaurants and I-75. Staff was friendly and helpful. All that I expected for a suite. Price was very reasonable compared to others nearby.

A perfect fit for me. Very safe for a single traveller, limited amenities, but most items can be borrowed from the desk, great staff and very clean. Everyone on staff is the best and always making sure my stay is comfortable and goes out of their way to make sure everything is fine.
