Besides being both dairy and gluten free, our Che ingredients are prepared daily in our full kitchen from cutting fresh Thai young coconuts and capturing the fresh coconut water and meat, to preparing a fresh batch of Bambu's one-of-a-kind pandan jelly, red tapioca and fresh taro paste.
