MoreAWFUL, BEWARE!! Extremely disappointed with my experience- especially after being lied to by Mohammed at the front desk. Initially given a room that seemed dusty and unclean- but the biggest issue was there was no window! Instead of a window there was a glass door leading to a dark hallway- bizarre and unprecedented for what claims to be a nice hotel. I was told another room would not be available for 5 hours- which was obviously unacceptable. That’s when Mohammed told me he would cancel my reservation so I could find a room at another hotel. But after I left, the hotel is now denying the reservation was ever cancelled and refusing a refund.
MoreCheck in wasn't ideal. The staff wouldn't take 2 credit cards at church we check in. They only wanted all the money on one card. I arrived early, knowing that check in was at 4 pm. Room wasn't ready till 6pm.The bathroom tile had mold.The AC filters aren't clean. Quite a few people in our group caught colds from the ac and the rooms were cold.
