They completely removed the defroster lines of my vehicle.

They left the tint remains in my vehicle where you can see the defroster lines that they removed.

They scratched the interior of my vehicle beyond repair and then denied it was them and kept lying about what happened.

They did not use proper tools to remove the tint and completely scratched the interior of my vehicle.
