In their defense I accidentally booked the wrong Best Western. My husband and I always stay at the Blue Angel Best Western and when we tried to check in we found out I made a mistake.This is definitely an extended stay type place. If you’re familiar with Military lodging- it’s like that.It’s fine. We didn’t sleep good at all. It was SO LOUD. At 4:00 am we woke up to what sounded like someone talking in our room. But they were outside downstairs. The bed was really squeaky/ bouncy. Linens were clean. I’m not sure that the shower was cleaned because the drain was plugged and some water was in the tub. The young man that assisted us at the front desk was AMAZING. (Didn’t get his name but he had long hair.) so funny and genuine! During night one (we got in late) I did send a message and attempted to email through the link provided asking if we could cancel the second night since we were going to another best western. The email wouldn’t send. No response to the text so we just stayed (my mistake- not their fault.)Overall- if you want a not too expensive extended stay type of place it’s fine. We are pretty light sleepers which is why we always stay in a place we know. Also- did not try the breakfast. Visiting family so no feedback there but looked to be grab and go typical stuff.

If you’re looking for something close to base this location is but to somewhere else!!! The location was ok within 30 min to any beach.. parking lot only on one side of the buildings so if you are on the back side you will walk through to the back of the property…upstairs studio great setup not handicap accessible at all…hot tub is not there it’s been filled in w concrete… I collected trash out of the pool and around it while my kids swam… plastic bottles/ blunt containers/ bottom of the pool was full of rocks children was throwing into the pool when we arrived… I thought there was a train nearby at night but no it was the very busy motel next door.. breakfast is not as advertised if your looking for a full breakfast it’s not here…not a location I would recommend staying alone or with only children.. when I pulled out our sofa bed it had previous guest sheets on it w dried pee/ and food crumbs all over we arrived very late so I just kindly asked for a new set of bedding and cleaned up the mess myself so we could all get to sleep… we was gone all day the 2nd and when we came back our keys didn’t work so I had to get a new set which I thought was odd and on the night before we left as I was packing my car I noticed laying in front of the vehicle next to mine a lighter/ needle/ and a bottle of what one could only assume was drugs inside I reported it to the worker he came out looked at it I suggested he not touch it rather get something to clean it up w… he seemed very confused and went back in and came back out within the hr w a broom / dust pan to get it… the price was high to me but I just needed somewhere for a short stay I stay w best western often but will not stay at this location again… the workers very nice I’d like add!

My husband was staying at the property since December working in the area. I would visit normally on weekends, I would extend his room or pay at the desk depending on what was convenient. While they are not the cleanest it was fine since he was there for work. Over the weekend I wasn’t going to be there until Sunday so I paid through Expedia how I have several times, and extended his stay, contacted the front desk to let them know I would be there by 12:30 to sign him in but the room was PAID for the week. By the time I arrived they removed his belongings stole medication and a pot, perfume and money. The front desk manager screamed at me and refused to give me our deposit back until I called the police and my husband. Between the shady activity and aggressive manager dont stay here! They are nasty and have zero customer service! Not safe for women alone!

Absolutely awful experience. I had stayed here before and the experience wasnt all that great the first time but my fiancé liked it so we booked here again. The property used to serve a full breakfast but they must have gotten rid of it as some sort of cost saving measure. Mind you it is now more expensive to stay with LESS amenities, but i digress. I asked the manager what happened to breakfast but instead of having a calm conversation he got quickly upset and deactivated my key unbeknownst to me. I went back to my room noticed the key now not working and went back downstairs to speak to the manager. This time he raised his voice because I said i was unsatisfied with the stay. He was so loud, people could overhear him yelling and later even his staff asked me if I was ok due to his childish and awful behavior. He also told me he would put me on the do not reserve list all because I asked him what happened to breakfast. I suspect because I was alone at the time he was even more belligerent than he would have if my fiancé was with me. I did not feel comfortable with him there alone and he refused to reactivate my key so I could get my belongings.
