Terrible replacing windows so all day and night scaffolding was banging on side of building room was dirty, didn't have the amenities listed for a handicapped room, then took 4 hrs to bring item to rm. Will never stay at a Marriott business again, have had nothing but real low budget stays,never get any rewards, would have had a better stay at kennel, and a lot less money.im done with this business.

The room was well appointed and clean but clearly dated. Bed was comfortable. The service left much to be desired though. The folks working there were not very friendly.

Presee was so kind and helpful when we arrived! She took her time to explain and make sure we were accommodated. Please be patient and kind when you come. They are doing the best they can! The manager was off site when we came and was confused and unable to help but Presee made sure we were cared for. Thank you again!

I travel monthly to various states for business and continue to be so impressed with my experiences staying with you at the Westin North - San Antonio. Your supervisor, Anthony, has been remarkable!! This has been consistent every stay. Hospitality is the culture and experience one feels while staying in your hotel. Anthony always goes above and beyond to provide a smooth check-in process, comfortable accommodations, and professionalism. He meets guests with humor and kindness, and always goes the extra mile to accommodate specific requests! Small gestures truly go a long way and we appreciate it! I run a business in San Antonio, travel frequently and would not stay anywhere else. The Hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I enjoy all the extra features including a clean and organized gym, hot tub, pool, and bar which I so enjoy after a hard day's work. Weston always empowers and energises me to have a productive day. The management of this hotel ignores you in an effort to make you go away if you have an incident on their property caused by their safety neglect. I was here in September of 2025 in a business conference and someone had improperly taped down an electrical cord across the walkway to the buffet in the hall area. My shoe caught the cord and I went flying and landed several feet away on my side trying to catch myself prior. I was in a lot of pain so they had me lay there a minute and then they helped me up and took me nearby to a sofa to rest and answer questions about the incident for a report. They immediately changed the taping of the cord and were all very attentive to my care and gave me a card to contact them if I needed anything. They did ask if I needed an ambulance and I declined because I did not feel like I had broken anything but was just in a lot of pain in my hand and side. Even that day my hand swelled up really bad, turned black and blue and my side was hurting but I thought I would give it some time to heal from the trauma. A week later I went to ER due to continued pain and swelling. They said my hand was badly hurt but would heal with time and my ribs were bruised but nothing to do for them either. The pain lasted for several weeks and using my hand was difficult and painful. My insurance covered all x-rays and cat scans except for the $50. deductible. I called the hotel and asked them just to cover that for me since they had said to let them know if I needed anything. They said the manager would call me back. After 4 phone calls with their rep, Skylar, over a period of 5 months with the promise they would get with me and with no returned calls I have decided THEY JUST BLEW ME OFF!I could have sued them for what happened to me but that is not my style. I thought they were respectable people but apparently NOT. It's not the $50 anymore it the principle.
