Got moved across from the appalling hotel next door who had doubled booked our room. Supposedly had booked us a room at the Canopy for one night of our two night stay. They hadn't. Despite this the staff at the Canopy were so nice and helpful (complete opposition of where we had just come from) and got us sorted in a room as quickly as possible (this was past midnight and we had 2 kids with us). The hotel is fresh, clean and modern with the most comfy beds ever. We were so sad to have to leave after one night back to the hell hole Bostonian next door. Book this hotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area.

I've stayed here before three years ago and LOVED this hotel. I just stayed here one night this past week again, and LOVED this hotel. The rooms are delightful, spacious, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond. The location is fabulous - close to the Freedom Trail and the Italian area of Boston. As we were going to arrive early, I called ahead and spoke with Roberto who indicated that I might be able to get in the room early. Upon our arrival, Roberto was able to accommodate our request. Thank you. I'll be back. LOVE this hotel!!!

Excellent location walking distance to all the historical sites. You literally are in the center of everything. Extremely clean and up to date. Clean filtered water station. Good restaurant in the hotel. Free bike rentals. Would highly recommend for location and cleanliness

Our stay at Canopy Boston was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable. It is also in an exceptional location. The rooms are fantastic, thoughtfully designed, and have such a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is something I really value when staying at hotels, and I was beyond impressed with how spotless everything was.What truly made our stay so special, though, was Shaoxi! We were visiting Boston for a very special trip, and Shaoxi went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care we received meant so much to us. It’s employees like Shaoxi who really make a hotel stand out, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the hospitality we experienced.The entire experience was exceptional, and you can tell that this is a property that truly cares about its guests. Between the beautiful rooms, incredible cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, we genuinely could not have asked for a better stay. I cannot recommend Canopy Boston enough! Lovely hotel with chic design and friendly staff. Corner room is particularly spacious. Well-maintained and everything in great working order. Excellent location for sightseeing and North End restaurants. Would stay again.
