Got everything what we needed and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and can’t ask any better value. The receptionist was really helpful and kind too. Because of COVID-19, we only had a bag of breakfast but was plenty. Coffee served 24/7!

This place has been closed for a couple of months. Once the nicest place in town, but they quit keeping it up and it fell. The food and beverage was a disaster. Sad to drive by and see it shut down. Hopefully someone will buy it and put some care into it.

I'm from Amarillo. For those of you unsuspecting out of town patrons, this used to be a premier hotel. Sadly, in the last 5 years or so, it's been mismanaged and gone way downhill. It's not opened and the windows are boarded up on floor 1. Hopefully, someone will purchase it and renovate it like it really should be, and open it back up. There are plenty of hotels in the city, and more than a few new ones. But there is room for all who keep a clean, modern, friendly and price efficient hotel up to standard. I hope it opens up in the coming months again. Very sad to see this. The location is good too, right off of I-40 and Paramount.

My co-workers and I stayed here a few nights ago. The lobby and rooms looked beautiful at first glance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But there were issues. My sink had a gap between the back splash and the countertop. Water was dripping behind the sink, and onto the floor, and pretty soon I was standing in a puddle. The soaps were low-quality slivers, barely enough to shower with. There was dried blood on the inside of the bathroom door. The maid tried to walk in on me at 9 pm(!), but I had the chain on the door. No blow driers in rooms, breakfast was only wrapped pastries and OJ. My co-worker had sewage backup in his bathtub. He also had a broken window. The maid DID walk in on him at 3 am(!!!) Another co-worker was given a room that had not been cleaned.
