btone FITNESS Wayland is a small group, reformer fitness in Wayland, MA. We offer an approachable hybrid of Pilates-inspired movements & strength training, delivered in a 45-minute, joyful flow that packs a serious punch. Our signature method strengthens every major muscle group in your body by incorporating strength training, functional movement, balance and flexibility into every TONE class. All classes are done on our customized reformer we call TONEy! Every TONE class is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome.
