I walked into this business with anticipation of finding a recliner which suited our needs. We did indeed find a recliner which was comfortable and at a very nice price, but was not the color desired. The salesperson was quick to let us know that it did come in a color which might suit us, cream. I asked if we could match the color available to even a spot on any one of the 100s of swatches & furniture there on the showroom floor. The answer was NO. I had insisted on a cream color and was told that this was going to be so incredibly close! I hesitated, but trusted. Boy, was that a wrong move!!! The recliner arrived and so much more darker than what I had showed and discussed with the salesperson!!! Now, stuck with this recliner, because after being told I could refuse delivery, and refunded my $$, I was then told that my $$ was not refundable. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Buyer beware. Please, do not order or buy anything from this store, you will be sorry!!!!!! Untrustworthy snakes work here, looking for just the commission from you.
