Lily was a great tour guide! We enjoyed every stop of the tour, and had a great time looking at all of the houses on Summit Ave while also learning some of the history

We did this tour the first night we arrived and I recommend it because you actually get a really great history of the area along with some fun ghost stories and you get to walk leisurely and see the beautiful neighborhood. Our guide, Lily, was so lovely!

The tour guide was really fun and knowledgeable about all of the places that we visited. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Guide was relatively new (April 2023) and was not able to answer questions. Needs more education and training on the more recent events of the area.

I have gone on many ghost tours and this was among the best! It wasn't hokey at all and the stories were well researched and told. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable and the neighborhood was beautiful, despite its hauntings!
