Late in March 2022 my organization planned a large, multi-state gathering in downtown Louisville. An evening dinner was organized and VIP guests were expected to walk the length of two blocks to dinner. The weather forecast predicted rain showers so plans had to be adjusted. After making several unsuccessful inquiries to the local, larger transport companies for a bus to transport guests, I was able to successfully confirm the 502 Party Bus in a matter of minutes. The 502 Party Bus arrived early and was waiting on the sidewalk curb for the VIP guests to board. After the dinner was finished, the 502 Party Bus returned the guests to their hotel. In the end the showers did not fall, but strong winds blew threw the city and so the comfort and safety of the 502 Party Bus was welcomed and much needed. All worked out perfectly. Thanks, 502 Party Bus!

We surprised our kids with a home alone themed scavenger hunt with Christmas light stops. Dan was fantastic! Bus was spotless. He was on time and was very easy to work with to make this happen!!

Bus was super clean, driver was awesome and punctual! Communication leading up to the event was outstanding! I would recommend for any and all events where necessary.

I highly recommend 502 Party Bus! We rented the bus for my husband's birthday for a full day of distillery tours. The communication was great and booking was easy. The bus arrived on time and we stayed on schedule. The driver was courteous, nice and drove safely. I would use them again! It was a great day!

Dan had taken my son's group out for his Junior Prom in 2019 and had so much fun. We wanted to make my daughter bday special during the pandemic so we kept it small and had Dan take the girls to several places around town. They all had a blast! Dan is great to work with!
