The rooms are clean & staff & owners are very friendly as well as helpful with anything you need & Chelsea isn’t a infested drug area rather hardworking people homemade Latin American food next door & rooms aren’t dirty yet cheaper cash only stay for 1 person inn my opinion & stay here I highly recommend it as well as try it for yourself without reviews telling you otherwise choice is one’s own too make especially when paying for it I have no regrets nor complaints about my stay nor the motel either way they helped me out when nobody else would!!!

Absolutely Disgusting . I'm surprised I didn't leave with hepatitis . I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. The location is creepy and engrossed in drug activity. Non existent customer service and forget about getting clean towels, I had to use my own in fear of developing some sort of skin rash.

Flights cancelled and only other hotel around was over $500. This place takes cash only and was the nasty place. Bed sheets had numerous hairs and floor in bathroom hairs on floor and in sink. Slept in clothes and only 1 hour as so scared. Shady characters and room very small and nasty. Clean towel has hairs on it. Glad to have made it out alive!! When I saw room, I would have paid the $500 but that hotel was already sold out when I called and would have gladly given up the $100 I paid for the room. They take cash only. The only decent thing was the TV. Very scary...

The worst hotel in the city.You can't put new tile on a 60 yr old mold problems everywhere.I can't believe the city let's this place exist. You can change / aka / universal hotel./ the name but not the mold and prostitution .The dirt and smell of mold actually caused me to have such a bad chest cold I had to leave for my family's save keeping.Between the crack dealers and the people from india running the place who do not take credit card ' and as I could see for myself the many prostitution sales all around that hotel, they abuse their staff. In fact 1 of the employees mentioned it all under the table.Sick sick owners.And to top it off the average taxi fare is 8 to 10 dollars to the airport and they want to charge us $25 sick people

Leaking ceiling on me and my girlfriend while sleeping, MOUSE IN OUR ROOM!!!!. Just that nasty.itchy feeling when get.when you know.your.in.a unclean nasty.dirty rat infested.place. Please if you think about staying here think twice and go down the road and sleep.in the park...trust me you'll be more comfortable.
