No safety inspection in the elevator. Broken tiles in elevator and entry to hotel. The room was clean but had a musty odor. No hair dryer and the coffee pot was missing the part for the coffee pod. No bath mat so we had to put towels on the floor. This hotel needs a major remodel. The photos are not representative of actual condition. I would not recommend this hotel. But I do commend the cleaning staff.

The hotel was dirty; some elevator tiles were broken and sliding around, and the lobby was falling apart. A horrible first impression. The ceiling in our room was peeling and had water stains; the light fixtures on the wall were just hanging there. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. The only bright spot was that the workers were nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the attendants were nice. It was disappointing that I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was just ok. Not a lot of selections. The waffle machine was good, but the eggs were cold. For $200+ for two nights, I expected better quality. I understand this was not a 5-star resort hotel, but the hotel should still maintain basic cleanliness and upkeep.

Do not waste your money. Some staff members are extremely rude. They lack customer service skills. Front desk agent yelled at me and got mad I asked for my bed to be freshened up due to it being visibly dirty. She acted as if removing a stained mattress cover was illogical. Instead of apologizing for the nastiness she chose to debate with me. I had to simply say “I want the beds remade with clean mattress cover and sheets.” Sheets got changed. Still left dirty stained mattress cover. Breakfast is a joke. They micro manage the rations they set out as to keep from guest taking too much food at one time. They watered the milk labeled “whole milk”. Biscuits were hard. Gravy watery after breakfast attendant poured a cup of water in small amount of gravy to make it stretch. Juice machine wasn’t out. No sign and no mention of replacing it. Waffle batter diluted with water as well. No salt or pepper. Towels had stains on them. Some wash cloths were ripped up towels that look like rags. The hotel itself was extremely hot as they refuse to turn on the air. We are in between homes after me losing my job and I paid them they last of the money I had just to be disrespected and short changed on the quality.

The room was nice but did not have an iron, hair dryer or coffee inserts. I was accused of stealing an iron and hair dryer, neither of which was in the room and was charged $50.00. I would advise anyone staying at this hotel to take pictures upon arrival and again before check out so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Walked past the lookout couple charging their phones on the first floor of the hotel only to interrupt a drug deal on the second floor. Guy in the elevator says This is a... different... kind of hotel with a wink. I saw two deals go down while I was there. Put a chair in front of the door, closed the curtains and didn't leave until the morning. If you have a hard past and want to be triggered by hookers and dealers, this is the hotel for you!
