I received a promotional email with a discount code from Woodhouse Spa in Franklin. After noticing I was charged the full amount I sent an email requesting a refund for the amount as per the promotion.The response was, Unfortunately, there should have been a discount code to be typed in by the customer and that would have given you the 20% off discount.I replied, The promotion said no code necessary.No response.I emailed again, no response.And again...I finally received a response 5 weeks, 4 emails, and 3 calls later.I was told they are unable to assist and questioned the promotional email I got. I replied with a screenshot of the promotion which clearly stated, It was a glitch, but we are happy to take 20% off of your next scheduled service.I would've left one star but my wife said the service itself was great.The business practices, lack of transparency, and ultimate response is unacceptable.

Four of us had 80 minutes massage appointments and all of us had a perfect experience at Woodhouse Day Spa. From the time you enter the spa you immediately feel surrounded by a calm atmosphere. Everyone was professional, helpful and super knowledgeable. Juan did an excellent job and took care of every detail to make sure my experience was totally positive. And the cinnamon tea afterwards was just the right way to end it all.

Took a friend for a facial/massage for her birthday. We both had a very good experience. The customer service was great and the esthetician’s were professional/knowledgeable. I would recommend this spa and will return. I would have given it 5 stars however some of the accommodations were worn and in need of repair.

I was gifted a mani/pedi certificate by my husband for Valentine’s Day this year to Woodhouse. I chose the Franklin location and was super excited—I’m a stay at home Mom and hardly ever get my nails done! I opted for the seaweed pedicure and a gel manicure. Although the spa itself felt nice, I was disappointed in how messy the nail room was, plus the fact that there was another (loud, chatty) woman having her nails done right next to me. Not a huge deal, but for over $150, at least some zen spa music to cover up the noise would be nice. The pedicure was no different than what you’d get at a strip mall type place for much cheaper. The manicure was more disappointing. I had to stay in the foot bath chair thing and hold the UV lamp on my lap. I picked the color from a basket of polishes that looked like they weren’t used often. Again, not a huge deal if I weren’t in a luxury spa. Just not the level of service and attention to detail as you’d hope for. The day after my manicure, the edges had already begun to lift. It was pretty clear that nails are not what the spa’s focus is on. I would have been much better off (and spent much less) going to an actual nail salon where they do lots of gel manicures. Super disappointed but hopefully someone will read this and save themselves the trouble/money.

Left this place feeling totally pampered after a birthday spa treat. A great welcome with amazing attention to detail and first class surroundings and practioners. All in a great experience.
