I have a 95% "First Call Complete" rate because I'm very good at prediagnosing with a few clues from my customers. I then pre-order any parts I do not carry, schedule you the earliest opening after I'm supposed to receive your part(s), and finally, show up the first and only time to confirm my diagnosis and do the repair. I also give a full 1 year warranty on diagnostics, labor, and most parts, which I sell at below retail, unlike everyone else. One trip, better warranty, lower cost to you. Why go anywhere else?
