Massage stimulates the body through manipulation, promotes blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, regulates the nervous system, and helps improve body functions. Massage is an effective method for daily health care. Long-term persistence can enhance immunity and help relieve chronic pain and fatigue. 1. Relieve muscle pain and stiffness Recover after exercise: Massage can accelerate lactic acid metabolism and relieve muscle soreness after exercise. For example, deep pressing can relax over-contracted fibrous tissue and restore muscle elasticity. 2. Improve chronic strain: For stiffness in the shoulders, neck and waist caused by long-term sitting or standing, local kneading massage can reduce fascia adhesion and relieve stiffness.
