All the staff including the General Manager treated me like family and went above and beyond during my weeklong stay. My room was very clean and bed and pillows were super comfy. Loved the 24 hour complimentary coffee, fresh fruit and snacks! Thanks again!❤️

This was the best hotel I have stayed in in the sun ate of Oklahoma even under new management the staff was absolutely amazing I recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a nice peaceful night sleep they allow pets children they are handicap accessible.

This is the filthiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever stepped foot in. We were told that they had to check our room. They took us to a room. The key didn't work. They took us to another room. It was disgusting. Broken door, dirty towels, dirty bedding, bugs. They kept opening doors and peeking in and then saying, No, not this one. They finally got us in a room. We had to leave. I couldn't stay there. It is NOT a non-smoking hotel. It feels of marijuana, cigarettes, and animals. There were cigarette butts on the floor. I was about to vomit just standing in this place. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THE EXPRESS INN & SUITES IN NORMAN OK! Walked into the hotel from a 6 hour drive. Opened the stairwell door (no key card required) and was immediately met with the smell of Marijuana and a transient. She was so high she couldn't even move from my path. Got to the room and it was not what I requested. Went to the front desk. Owner was called. They came and kicked the transient out and changed my room. Got to the different room. Completely unclean! Bugs in the bathroom, hairs on the one beds sheets, shower with whatever it was dry and running down the walls. Light with wires holding the light bulb in. Floor unswept. Dust packed air vent. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, no cups, sugar, creamer but there was the coffee pot and 2 packages of coffee with dust. No ice in the entire place. Older guy sitting in the dark in the breakfast area (when I went to ask for cups) yelled at me that there wasn't coffee until 5. I attempted to explain my needs but he acted as if he couldn't hear me or didn't want to. Completely upset with this place. I have stayed here in the past several times but not for the last year. I don't know what changed but this is super unacceptable. I drove here on my birthday for a family funeral the next day. To elaborate about the service, I am going to say that so far they have only resolved the smoke, transient and the change of rooms to what I required that evening. I booked for two days but I will be requesting a refund in the morning and find another place to stay that is cleaner and safer. And WTF is that in the heater and what tweaker got ahold of the phone! I mean REALLY!

I made a reservation 3 months in advance directly on the hotels website for me niece's graduation weekend from OU. I showed up and was told they had no record of my reservation. I had the copy of the confirmed reservation with the confirmation number. The front desk clerk kept searching the computer saying they are totally booked but somehow my reservation was not in the system and refused to give me a room. I called Quality Inn 800# and spoke to customer service and she asked to speak to the front desk while using my phone and told them I have a confirmed reservation and to give me a room. The hotel still refused and kept checking other guest into rooms while i stood there as a single woman alone with NO room on OU graduation weekend!! I am a professional with several degrees and not some homeless person plus I was driving a Volvo so it was evident I am no bum. The Quality Inn Agent called hotel again and the clerk continued to check other guest into available rooms for 2 hours while he kept telling me he had to wait to see if he had any no shows to give me a room while I had a confirmed reservation from 3 months ago!! I was completely discriminated against as a female traveling alone!!! I had booked my room in advance for a reduced rate and evidently they conveniently lost my reservation to book their rooms at a higher rate for OU graduation. I had to sleep on the floor of the hotel room of some family members since the entire town was sold out!!!! I will never stay in Quality Inn hotels again and I travel frequently!!!
