I initially booked a standard room and then saw a deluxe room came available so cancel the standard and upgraded to a deluxe room, when I arrived, I joked how if this room is a deluxe I couldn’t imagine how small a standard room would be, after speaking to a member of housekeeping and being told I was in the smallest room in the building I couldn’t understand how it could possibly be a deluxe room (that I paid for) if there wasn’t any smaller, so I contacted customer services, which was of course a live chat not a person to actually speak to and kept getting fobbed off after a few goes and they real realized I wasn’t going away. They then pointed out that the deluxe rooms and the standard rooms are exactly the same size (so please DON’T GET CAUGHT OUT), but the difference is the quality of the amenities and furnishing, when I came back in the room in the evening, it was so hot in there it was unbearable and part of the deluxe amenities and furnishings was a cheap box fan that was as noisy as an aircraft, and just jumped across the floor space until it unplugged itself I was also assured that the deluxe rooms have much nicer views, the only view I had was a brick wall of the building next door (see attached picture), I found the customer service team to be rude condescending and about as unhelpful as can possibly be, I also disagree with all the extras they try and charge you for in the room. There are a cheap pair of disposable slippers that could easily look complementary. However, if you use them, you’ll get charged if you use the bottles of water you will get charged if you have fresh towels you will get charged . If you check out late you will get charged and the list goes on. I can’t say for sure if I’ll ever book with booking.com again or not, but I can say with 100% certainty that I will never stay here again.

Stay far, far away. Worst hotel experience. Ever! Room was disgusting. Heat was overwhelming. No thermostat. Tried opening a window: no screen! Toilet would not flush even water. Standing urine! Note said: Please do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet, as it can lead to clogs. Kindly use the provided trash bin for this purpose. It was revolting. We had to use public restrooms. Expect to sleep here? Think again. Walls are so thin we heard everything: TVs, conversations from upstairs, side occupants, and below, doors slamming. Try getting someone on the phone? Good luck! Dishes were filthy! Molding and baseboards were rotted. The room we received was NOT like any of the photos. Felt like we were living in a hostel. Hidden fees after booking. Plus a $200 security deposit! We received only one text: After check-in, I will contact you to ensure you have everything you need. I will also send check-out details on the day of departure. Never happened. Number for the hotel is outsourced. Attached photos don't lie. This place ought to be ashamed of itself.

Stay away from this property to protect your hard-earned money. They response to your messages promptly, but there are no resident staff at the promise (except a housekeeper who has no authority to do anything). The management team were utterly unhelpful in case of emergency, and ended up charging me for the things that didn’t even happen to my room. (Please read # 4) 1. Placing the industrial dehumidifier on the premises due to an emergency water leakage incident caused significant sleep disruption. Apparently it was for guests health and safety, but I wonder if it’s safe to let the guests stay in the circumstances. 2. The common kitchen was out of service without prior notice. (Failed to deliver the service that was on the facility list of booking.com)3. Renovation work was carried out while guests were staying on the same floor, leaving behind the contractor's mess and making the common staircase very unclean, which was unwelcoming.4. The fire alarm malfunctioned at 2:30am, and guests were blamed and charged for not stopping it. We even called the fire brigades but they couldn’t even stop it. Not only the member of hotel staff on the phone didn’t know how to stop it but he didn’t bother come to assist in person during this emergency situation, which is intolerable. 5. Forgetting to provide the Energizing Pack for Boston marathoners as promised before arrival, despite reminders during the stay.6. The ground floor studio lacked window locks, making guests feel unsafe.7. The autolock did not function as advertised (it doesn't close automatically after 30 seconds).8. A guest was accommodated in a room freshly painted on the same day, with an intense paint smell, causing discomfort.Given all the above conditions, I cannot tolerate your management's negligence towards guest comfort. While I understand emergencies can occur, proper measures should have been taken to ensure guest’s satisfaction. it is disgraceful to expect customers to endure discomfort without compensation or care during the emergency situation. The management is shameful that they are abusing the vulnerable short stay travellers that tend to just accept and let it go. Leaving guests worried during and after their life time trip is intolerable. What was supposed to be a fantastic and memorable Boston Marathon trip was ruined, and I am traumatized by this experience.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. It's a SCAM. Once they have your credit card, they will continue to charge you fees. They will not give you your security deposit back. The walls are very thin and you can hear every noise, I mean every noise. The staff is rude. The room is small, cramped and the desk is for a midget. There was also someone smoking next door and the smoke smell was strong and the staff did nothing about it. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. There is no front desk. Don't believe the photos. I have asked booking com to remove them from their platform to save others from this experience.

The condition of the property was not what was reasonably expected. It was also not sufficiently clean and this has been noted by many booking.com reviews. There was broken furniture, scuffed walls, tired furnishings, stained beds, lack of rugs etc as advertised.
