The Hotel is nice,but the room is quite small. BUT: the frequent freight trains just 200 feet away, does not allow a good sleep. During the night, the trains with their very noisy horns waked us up 6x...which means every 60-90 minutes. Iis a nightmare for more than 250 USD !

My wife and I like to stay at comfort inn Missoula on reserve because of location to everything we need in town and also we have a dod that stays with us, anyway my wife fell in the parking lot of the hotel because of bad lighting and had to go to the emergency room at st pats hospital. After getting X-ray was told that her knee cap was broken actually fractured, we spent almost 4 hours at the hospital before they let us go. I reported this to the front desk person and she said she left the manager a note on I guess her email anyway 3 days later I called the comfort inn to tell them about our stay and it was like no one cared that it happened I was not compensated for my night I spent 4 hours at the hospital or the bad stay we had at the hotel usually we stay at comfort inn but I think that is going to change soon, also be careful in the parking lot don’t need to end up at hospital like me and my wife Calvin Williams (406)529-5605 if hotel or manager would like to talk to me there is my number.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Would stay again. Close to shopping if you need to pick up something.

Very nice facility with a good location. Attractive, clean, modern with comfortable, spacious rooms. Our room included a desk, refrigerator, microwave, big screen tv, plenty of room, and a nice bathroom. It was very quiet and provided a restful sleep. The complimentary breakfast had many options and was very good. Definitely a great option for a place to stay!!

So so hotel. Looks like an older property they tried to update. Odd floor plan with no rooms on first floor. Inconvenient to unload and unload luggage. Worn out bath walls with rust on the ceiling. Breakfast was but we'd never stay there again
