Owners and brothers, Francisco Guillen and Benjamin Guillen are originally from Cerano, a small town in the central highlands state of Guanajuato in Mexico. Francisco Guillen came to the United States 23 years ago, and has worked in restaurants on and off for 20 years. He began working at El Jimador Mexican Restaurant in 1999 and later became co-owner of the El Jimador at Liberty Square off of Clark Lane.
