The rooms are very clean, AC was nice and cool when we got here. Kitchen area was very clean as well. Best part was the kind staff. Very helpful and pleasant. They would also carry on a great conversation. I would definitely use this hotel again. Thanks for the great stay!

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing team at Homewood Suites, 130 Central Ave.I was staying at the hotel for a business trip and decided to bring my father and daughter along with me. My daughter was turning seven on Tuesday, and her biggest request was simply to go swimming. About a month before our trip, I called the hotel and spoke with Kennedy P. From that very first conversation, Kennedy truly went above and beyond. She shared with me how much the team enjoys celebrating special moments with their guests and told me it would be her pleasure to make sure everything went well during our stay. Her kindness and genuine excitement really stood out to me.When we arrived, the experience was just as wonderful as I had hoped. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There was a great variety of options, which made it easy for everyone to find something they enjoyed.Most importantly, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. I'm writing this review even though I didn't actually stay at the hotel. Would I want to write about is the excellent service and respect for the customer that I received due to an unexpected event where I had to cancel my reservation. Jessica, the GM treated me with the utmost respect and understanding. My next trip to Louisville will definitely involve using them as my preferred hotel.
