Loved walking around on a quiet Sunday afternoon in the flats. People were walking dogs, children were walking with their family, & others were enjoying the scenic view of the Cuyahoga River.

City of Cleveland, shame on you for your ridiculous parking meter parking restrictions in the Flats. While the rest of the world stops metering folks at 6 pm, you shut metered parking down at 4 pm and ticket and tow people who are just trying to have a night out. I wont be going back to the Flats, unsafe and not worth the parking hassle. Mayor Bibb, you need to make a stroke-of-the-pen change and fix this, you’re chasing people away.

I went here a few times and all it was the same all the time pan handlers bothering you for money drunks screaming and looking for a fight with each other just walking from one clubs to the next and all the clubs are no big deal just typical Cleveland type places the Flats was run down pot holes every where and no where to park .if you do find a parking lot they will price gouge you . and every bar or club is over priced
