Nice location about a mile from Disneyland. Easy to walk to the parks. The room was spacious and comfortable but the air conditioning was hard to control. Breakfast was good but the dining room was small and crowded. We took our breakfast to our room to avoid being trampled on and also because there was no seating.

This is more of a No-Tell, Motel that lives up to the phrase putting lipstick on a pig!We arrived to check in and nobody was behind the desk in the lobby. We repeatedly called out, Hello!! trying to get the attention of a front desk agent. After about five minutes, a guy finally appeared.Unfortunately, the problems only continued from there. Our morning sleep was abruptly and repeatedly disrupted by extremely loud pounding, construction noise, and other activity taking place directly below us in the parking lot beginning at approximately 7:00 a.m. We had prepaid for a three-day stay, but after enduring this disruption, we ultimately had no choice but to leave after only two days and find accommodations elsewhere.What was perhaps most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of concern or professionalism when we attempted to address the situation. During checkout, we specifically asked to speak with a manager. We were told that a manager was apparently never on duty, despite a posted sign identifying Eric Lee as the Manager on Duty. The front desk agent made absolutely no effort to acknowledge the seriousness of our complaint, apologize for the disruption, or offer any meaningful accommodation for the significant inconvenience we had experienced.Instead, we were essentially dismissed and told to email the manager. There was no apparent interest in understanding what had happened, no attempt to make the situation right, and no indication that our concerns mattered. That level of indifference is particularly frustrating when a guest has paid in advance for a three-day stay and is forced to leave because of conditions that could have been communicated or addressed.Things can go wrong at any hotel, including unexpected construction or maintenance. What separates a professional operation from an unprofessional one is how management responds when a legitimate complaint is brought to their attention. In our case, the lack of communication, accountability, and even basic concern from the staff was unacceptable.It's also worth noting that the Free Breakfast is a joke! The only thing I could consume was coffee. No fresh juices, eggs were made from powder, shaped into a molded dog chew toy, they served tiny flat Mickey Mouse shaped waflles, the size of your fist. They had tater tots, I mean, what are we, back in elementary school? Totally disgusting. It's sad when when the Denny's next door is more enticing than what is offered here at this Bates Motel. We certainly will not be returning, and based on this experience, we cannot recommend this property to others.

Location was very clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. One thing to note, although I was a Diamond member, I did not get anything checking in or even an acknowledgement. So don't expect any different treatment. I've stayed at many Wyndham properties and I still feel like this property is one of the better ones.

Location is very good. The bed was not comfortable. The breakfast room is small. The swimming pool is not very clean. Atmosphere is good. Overall cleanliness is good. Noise level is good.

This was a great location and close to the parks. The rooms were fresh and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! We highly reccomend this location.
