Kendra was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable. I have never done anything with my skin, besides clean it! She was not pushy, she was informative, understanding and answered any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And the front desk was friendly too. Spa is very nice inside too.
