I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and had some of the best service I have had at a hotel, including stays at higher end hotels. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and “at home.” They clearly enjoyed providing service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel. The general manager, the front desk clerk, night manager and room attendant were all excellent! The room was immaculate.

Bed Bugs !!!!! Watch out . I should send them the big ass bill that I had to pay to get rid of them . Extermination bills are high!!!

This Comfort Inn & Suites was one of the best Comfort Inns we have ever stayed at! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, and it was a reasonably priced hotel at which to stay! It is just outside of Charlottesville, VA, with close proximity to the University of Virginia, and Monticello. There are a number of wonderful restaurants and brewing companies from which to choose in the area. We would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again, should we be back in this area!

Staff friendly and helpful. Room furnishings and lighting fine. Some noise from people stomping around above us, but not disturbing. We stayed on the 2nd floor in the back. Recommended. Free breakfast excellent. and plenty of free parking. So what's not to like? Well, the bathroom! Water took several minutes to get even tepid. Never had hot water. So I didn't even try to take a shower. Major flaw. Even though we have happily stayed here several times, don't think we'll do it again

A special tip is that the ground floor has extra tall ceilings and that insures that the televisions that are against the wall magnify the volume. So, if you like quite, ask for a room on the 2nd floor and in the back. We moved after the first night and got a full nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful on the weekdays but spare on the weekend towards the end of the extended hours. Never encountered the call for housekeeping before but it works. There aren't any towel bars to hang and dry out towels between showers. I did scoot the clothes over and hung mine over the curtain rod.
