Originally from Hoyt & Mayetta, KS, Ryan & Tricia understand what local clients expect from a quality catering experience & consistently strive to exceed those expectations. They cater events of all sizes & pride themselves on a personalized approach, ensuring each event is special & tailored to the client’s needs. 2 Chefs Catering serves Topeka & the surrounding areas. Head Chef Ryan graduated from culinary school in 2009. His experience includes working at several restaurants in Topeka, KS, & Phoenix, AZ, such as serving as kitchen manager at Blind Tiger Brewery & Top of the Tower, & spending over five years with Aboud’s Catering. In Arizona, Ryan worked at Michael’s Catering & Olives & Ivy. He is passionate about cooking for both friends & clients. Tricia, who also attended culinary school, specializes in baking. She enjoys creating specialty desserts—including crème brûlée, scones, & other confections—for the Millennium Cafe. In addition to her role as baker & front-of-house manager, she manages the website, social media accounts, & administrative tasks for both the Cafe & the catering business. Tricia holds a degree from Washburn University & enjoys writing, reading, & blogging in her free time.
