I ordered the New Yorker bagel on an Everything Bagel with cream cheese, tomato, red onion, capers, salmon, and fresh dill, and wow, it was amazing! Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavor...

Such a disappointing experience. Went from our favorite bagel spot to a place we do not plan on ever going to again. We walked in at our normal time with the lights off, only one basket of bagels...
