I rented an electric wheelchair in January and had to cancel before we went on our trip in February. I paid $165.00 for 3 days. The lady I talked with assured me I could Cancel and get a Refund without any problems if the person couldn’t go that needed the wheelchair. So I did and Now I can’t get anyone on the phone or get Any reply by text. I have tried for 2 WEEKS OR MORE WITHOUT A REPLY! I think this company is scamming people….

I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give less. My business trip was cancelled 14 days before we were to travel to Vegas. I called and cancelled the scooter and was told I would be refunded within 30 days. I followed up 32 days later. I was then told they would talk with the manager and I would get a call back within 48 hours. I followed up 4 days later. Then I was told the manager told the owner I requested a refund. I'm still waiting ...
