We were just introduced to Grandscape and it had a lot to offer starting with Scheels and their indoor Ferris wheel. There were a lot of restaurants, a concert area with lawn seating, shops of all kinds, unique options like Andretti Indoor Karting, Pop Stroke golf, Theatres and bars where you are allowed to carry your drinks around the Grandscape property. We did hit the Thirsty Lion Pub and the Patio Wine Bar during the course of the visit. It is a nice walking property, and we spotted a Walk Ons restaurant here having been to their Wilmington, North Carolina and Myrtle Beach, SC. locations. You also can't miss the huge Nebraska Furniture Building as you approach.

MELTING POT NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! We went to grandscape as it has a nice outdoor area for children to play. It was a saturday evening. There were 4 children that wanted a place to play and it was their dads birthday . We arrived and found the entire turfed area taken over by a junky market and a dj playing music with cursing content. This is suppose to be a FAMILY FRIENDLY area…NOT! We went to several restaurants that could not accommodate us eventhough there were empty tables. It did not feel Family friendly and the VIBE was NOT FRIENDLY. We live close by and were very disappointed!

This little gem keeps getting better. Lots to see, shops and boutiques to browse. The restaurants aren't your run of the mill places. They're unique and offer so much variety. I recommend going when they have free concerts on the astroturf lawn. The Puttery is indoor putt putt for adults, great drinks and food. Seven Doors Restaurant is my favorite. Scheels has almost anything sports related you can think of. Check out their beautiful aquarium. They've thought of everything in the design and businesses they've attracted. There is a movie theater and indoor racetrack. The parking is fine, you may need to drive to another area but there is plenty of parking. They are adding more restaurants and other venues that are unique and fun. I love the cake lady and popcorn shop. Check out the coffee shop and ice cream stores.

Arrived in late afternoon to go to a restaurant. There was a lot of activity but the annoying part was how many valet spaces the restaurants were holding. One restaurant was not even pen until 5:30 and the were holding 15 spaces. Another restaurant was open and holding 30 spaces. So parking was quite a distance for the normal person wanting to park and have ice cream. When we walked back to car the restaurant with the most spaces held was picking up the cones because it was a slow day. Clearly this area does not care about customer convenience and rather cater to restaurants. Not going back!
