I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

I must say I it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept away from home in the staff was great the rooms were clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious highly recommended!

We were greeted with a smile and given our room quickly. The room was so nice and neat. They have done a lot of work and it shows. Hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy and waffles and oatmeal with plenty of extras to add like chocolate chips and almonds and granola. The coffee was great also. The beds alone are enough to keep us coming back, so comfortable and neatly made, so much so I hated to mess it up. The new management so doing an amazing job. I would stay here everytime we are in town.

RUN from this hotel. Before I start I will say everything that is wrong with this place is the ownership . Even with every issue we had the employees that they had were very helpful & tried to fix our issues. So no complaints with those employees they can only do so much with what they have to work with. 1st issue was I booked this room in April received email with dates & price of $115.15. 2 weeks ago they called & was checking reservations & informed me that my rate was wrong. It would be $159.99 it didn’t matter that I had an email with the rate on it. She said that the person that did that was just wrong on rate. Check in & got room keys & came back in & said they gave me the wrong room so they gave me a different room. Before I get to the new room she catches up with me & said that was the wrong room Al’s & gave me a different room again. Finally get to the room & didn’t have a refrigerator so I called for them to bring me a refrigerator. While we were waiting on fridge tried the tv & it wouldn’t work & the air was not working properly. Guy comes with fridge & tried my tv & he had to go get me another tv. He checked the ac & something had been unplugged on it. So we had air & tv. We go out to eat & come back & fridge wasn’t working so here we go again & they bring another one. And this works great. Next morning start to make coffee & our coffee maker is broken so go downstairs & get a new coffee maker. Go down for breakfast & there was 1 plate, no napkins, waffle maker, a few bagels & a few slices of bread. And to the PERSON who stayed here with your DOG do better. If your dog POOPS in the hallway in two different places clean it up, That was your responsibility not the hotel employees.

Pool absolutely disgusting. Booked 2 bed room got an accessible room with 7 yr old 2 year old and 1 year old! How will we bath them? I am so upset can not wait to call osha!!!! So we drove over this way to go zoo. Tomorrow we wanted to swim it’s definitely vibes of Lake water!!! What a disappointment be where hope the breakfast good!!
