tripadvisorEveryone was exceptional, customer service was 10/10. On my last day I was able to leave my bags with reception. Karl at the door also offered to help me schedule a car to the airport through the hotel- SO HELPFUL. Thanks for the great work trip.
MoreGreat hotel - warm, hip, and comfortable. I had excellent service at the front desk. I felt a bit frazzled when I arrived, but David answered all my questions, suggested a smart solution to an issue I was trying to sort out, and got me an early check-in. He was wonderful all around, and meeting him was a lovely start to my stay.
MoreMoxy LES and East Village are my go-to hotels when I go to New York. It's an amazing hotel in a great location + the late night scene at this hotel is unbeatable. Also, thank you to Jess at the front desk, who was extremely personable and always helps me with the check-in process when I stay here. I look forward to heading back soon!
MoreI had a wonderful experience at the Moxy NYC Lower East Side, and a big part of that was thanks to Brandon, the doorman. From the moment we arrived, Brandon was incredibly polite, welcoming, and personable. He made us feel right at home in the city. What really stood out was how helpful he was with restaurant recommendations. His suggestions were spot-on and helped us discover some great spots in the neighborhood that we might have missed otherwise. He took the time to ask what we liked and gave thoughtful recommendations instead of just naming random places.Brandon truly went above and beyond with his customer service. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and knowledge of the area made our stay even better. The Moxy is lucky to have someone like him representing the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again!
MoreAbsolutely phenomenal hotel, good accommodations, and good service. Door men and employees at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Specifically, one of the doormen, Brandon was very welcoming at all times of the day.
