I focus on providing therapeutic and sport massage. Therapeutic work targets aches and pains while relaxing the tissues of the body. It combines the flow of classic massage with the focused work of neuromuscular therapy. The goal of sport massage is recovery. To achieve this, I use a combination of deeper work and stretching to facilitate healing.
