This was how we were introduced to this company and I would never go to another Red Rocks concert without doing this again. We thought this was the best thing since sliced bread.

I made a booking on May 24 for a private SUV to Red Rocks for a June 6 show. My confirmation stated that the driver would contact me the day before to confirm the details and finalize the pick-up plan. That did not happen.When I did not hear from the driver, I texted the support number provided. I received no reply. The morning of the show, I also tried contacting the company through WhatsApp and email. There was no response on WhatsApp, and the email bounced back as undeliverable. I finally received a response to my original text about an hour later, with a promise that the driver would contact me. About 90 minutes after that, the driver finally reached out and confirmed the pick-up.The driver arrived only a few minutes late, but the SUV did not include the cooler and chairs that were part of the booking. He also told us he planned to drop us off, leave, and return after the concert. That was not what was described in the booking. The arrangement was for the driver to wait in the parking lot so there would be no issue with the return pick-up. I explained this to the driver and also texted the company to express my disappointment. Ultimately, the driver agreed to wait.After the concert, the driver was not at the location where he had told us he would meet us, which created unnecessary confusion during the return process. He eventually told me he was back in the same parking spot where we had left him. That issue was relatively minor compared with the earlier problems, but it added to an already frustrating experience.Overall, the lack of communication, the unreachable support channels, the missing amenities, and the confusion about what was included in the booking made this a disappointing and stressful experience.

Used Party At Red Rocks for a show recently and it made the whole night way easier. The pickup was organized, the ride out was smooth, and not having to deal with parking or figuring out a ride back after the concert was honestly the best part.The return was just as simple—they had everything coordinated so we weren’t stuck waiting around or scrambling like a lot of people leaving the venue. It felt pretty straightforward and stress-free the whole time.If you don’t want to deal with driving or the post-show chaos, it’s a solid option.
