Great service from booking through the trip back and forth from downtown to the Saints / Chiefs game. Highly recommend you use them for game day transportation.

From the first phone conversation, to airport pick up, drop off, another pick up and drop off and lastly a pick up from the City back to the airport...David, Thomas, Tom and the rest of the team did not disappoint! They were reliable, great communicators, dependable and friendly. We would absolutely use 1st Shuttle again and recommend you call them for your Kansas City transportation needs!
