DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!Management is unprofessional; extremely poor customer service! You do not want to pick this hotel!

Horrible experience. Managers and workers are incompetent. Messed up my honors account and accused me of lying that I stayed only to realize it was their error. Manager refused to talk to me. So many other nearby hotel choices. Would not recommend this location to anyone

A good friend stayed at the Tru by Hilton Indianapolis in Lawrence while visiting her brother and bringing family quilts which I will be taking to the Indiana State Museum and the Hamilton County Historical Society for her. When I went to Tru yesterday to get the quilts, a hotel employee whose first name is Freddy saw me trying to get the quilts to my car and offered to help. Freddy was wonderful, and the person who hired him at the hotel did a great job! His kind spirit makes this hotel (and Hilton!) look really good!

We stayed here during a road trip. As my review title states, it was very nice, clean, and fairly new. In addition, a medical crisis erupted during our stay, and the front desk people were extremely kind and helpful while we were at the ER of a nearby hospital. We will definitely stay again when traveling through this area!

The hotel was very clean and very welcoming and nice. Staff was great, want to shout out to Ms Jackie and Ms Valencia. Great hospitality and fun to talk with. They were informative and help locate my lost cell phone.Loved the location, service, and comfort of the hotel.
