Omni Yoga is not your average yoga studio. We offers classes for all ages, all fitness levels, and a diverse array of styles to cater to your individual daily goals. We have a state-of-the-art Aerial Yoga program along with 10 different styles of floor yoga, 7 days a week. Our kid's and teen's classes align conveniently with adult classes for the whole family to practice. Tactical Agility Training is Omni Yoga's proprietary yoga classes for First Responders and military personnel that are available in-studio, online or on-site at your station or rec center. Omni Yoga offers free Community Outreach classes at the local libraries and offers Certified Teacher Training and Mentorship Programs for those aspiring to become yoga instructors.
