The worst! Terrible fellow in reception. Would it be so hard to look up and give a greeting when a customer walks in? Even when I was standing in front of the reception desk he didn't look up. The WIFI does not work- not in the rooms nor in the lobby. The bathrooms were really disgusting, tub faucet dripping, corners of the floor had not been cleaned in years, mattress so bad I couldn't believe it- not even flat, just lumps everywhere. No place to hang your towel in the bathroom (or anywhere else) no bathmat. We were 2 people, there was only 1 towel, so we had to ask for a second. No landline so I had to go to reception and ask for another. No washcloths of course. No hot water for tea in the breakfast just nasty tasting coffee. No coffee machine in the room either. Lots of truck traffic going by at all times. Really shady people hanging out, loud and partying. Many long term guests living there. Bad vibes, I regret going there. I am sure they do not care. NO REFUNDS is the sign in the lobby. No wonder.

I didn't realize it was an outsidehotel. I requested non smoking BUT you see by all the cigarette burns on the blanket and the burning of my eyes and nose that it was/is definitely a smoking room. Desk clerk said it wasn't when I went down stairs to the office to ask abt it and ice machine location...broken. Its old, brat up and in desperate need of updating. Don't let the lobby fool u...the rest of the place doesn't compare. The stairs are wonky. They seem sturdy but the steps themselves are lumpy making them a safety hazard. I travel ALOT and I'm finding that the Wyndham name no longer means much.You get what you pay for!
