I went to see the Shawn James concert at The Orpheum. When the ticket said that the concert started at 7, they meant that the doors opened then. We had gotten there early as we heard that parking was limited so we had to sit in the parking lot and wait. I had tried calling, but no one ever answers or returns the calls. There is an indoor and an outdoor stage. There was no way to know which this one was. As it happens, it was indoors. We found seats at the bar, which are quite limited. There was one food truck out back serving ribs, chicken, or hot dogs. The ribs were delicious. There was a $25 minimum to use a credit card at the bar. It's a great place to see a concert, but the lack of information from the venue was discouraging.
