Perfect location with access to beautiful Back Bay. The room w as perfectly appointed and the staff was professional and friendly.

The atmosphere was beautiful, and the rooms were fantastic. The staff were amazing - from the cleaning to the people at the front desk. Notably, staff member Chris did an amazing job of helping us with our bags, telling us about the city, and making us feel at home. He is a stellar example of the warm and assistive faculty in the facility. As well as him, our Thai cleaning lady who came in every day and changed our sheets/ made the place sparkle was extremely kind and did a very good job. Thank you for giving us a great stay, staff!
