3 friends and I flew into Pittsburgh on 5/31/25 to ride the GAP and C&O trails. Alex met us promptly at the airport gate to load and shuttle our bikes in boxes and luggage to our hotel. On the way he gave us great advice on routes to access the trail, finally arranging to shuttle us to the trail from McKeesport the next day to begin the ride. That kind of customer service is the reason I'd work with Bill's Car Service again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience with Bill's Car Service. Communication ahead of time with Alex was good, the pickup in Cumberland happened just as planned and we got back to Pittsburgh in plenty of time to return our rental bikes.

We used Bill’s Car Service and Transport to transport our bikes and ourselves from Georgetown back to Pittsburg after riding the GAP and C&O. Charlotte was our driver and she was awesome. She was flexible on our pick up time, fun to talk to on the ride, very accommodating in every way. She took great care with our bikes and our gear even though everything was covered in dirt from the trip. Charlotte made the end of a fun trip that much better. Highly recommend Bill’s Car Service & Transport! They helped us with transport while we biked a segment of the GAP trail. Making the arrangements with Alex were so easy and he even accommodated a last minute change when we missed our airline connection. It made the bike trip enjoyable knowing we had Charlotte waiting at our destination to shuttle us where we needed to go. Will definitely use them again!!

Alex was our driver taking us from Pittsburgh to DC to start our bike ride on the C&O. He was great. He picked us up near our homes, had lots of tips for the trail and even dropped our luggage off at our first hotel. Communication was great - he responded to my first email while he was in the dentist’s chair! Always responded quickly. Great option for C&O trips!
