I just have to praise this company. I like to take the train from Indianapolis to Chicago and back. The departure is always 06:00 and return is always 23:49. It is very difficult to get a ride to and from the station at those hours.When I called Class Act Transportation ‘Mr Shannon Taylor answered the phone. He immediately assured me I would have a driver waiting for me. He texted me and called me to give me details. I received a text from my driver introducing himself. I stayed in contact with my driver, updating him where I was in my journey. I was able to let him know I would arrive 30 minutes early and he was right there to pick me up. What a genuine customer service business!
